1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by FlightPlan Technology (“we”, “our”, “the Company”). By availing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms listed below.

2. Service Scope
We provide visa application assistance, documentation guidance, and travel advisory services.
We do not guarantee visa approval, as the final decision lies solely with the Embassy, Consulate, or relevant Immigration Authority.

3. Documentation Responsibility
Clients are required to provide accurate, complete, and valid documents as requested for the visa process.
The Company will not be held responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete, invalid, or false documents submitted by the client.

4. Processing Time
Visa processing time varies depending on the Embassy/Consulate and country-specific regulations.
Estimated processing times provided by the Company are approximate and may change without prior notice.

5. Service Fees
All service fees must be paid in full as per the agreed amount at the time of service.
Service fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is approved, rejected, or delayed by the authorities.

6. No Guarantee of Approval
The Company does not influence visa approval decisions.
We cannot guarantee the issuance of a visa under any circumstances.

7. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to provide truthful information and act respectfully towards our staff.
Any fraudulent intentions or misrepresentation will lead to immediate termination of our services.

8. Changes & Updates
Immigration rules, visa requirements, and fees may change at any time without prior notice from authorities.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to keep clients informed but is not responsible for sudden policy changes.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
Personal data is used solely for visa processing and is not shared with third parties except visa authorities when required.

10. Limitation of Liability
FlightPlan Technology will not be liable for any losses (financial, travel, legal, or otherwise) arising from visa rejections, delays, errors by consulates, or changes in travel plans.

11. Cancellations
Once a case file has been processed or submitted, cancellation is not permitted and fees are non-refundable.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
